Introducing ‘Be Our Guest’ - The mobile application designed for Wedding Guests.
Our mobile application contains the following core features:
Invitations
Virtual wedding invitations - As a couple you download the app and enter your guest details. Each guest is sent an email invitation with login details and a link to the mobile application.
Guests RSVP via the app easily and they can later modify their RSVP if something changes. The perfect way to keep up with changing needs.
Customise the RSVP form that your guests receive in terms of content and style. Add a custom question for your guests.
You can manage your invitations easily and you will be notified when a guest first uses the app or when they RSVP.
Manage your responses and easily see which guests have dietary requirements.
Events
Create events for every part of your celebration from your engagement party to your after wedding events.
Event creation is easily done through the couples app and you can instantly preview your results.
Make your own guest groups and place people in each group. Guests can be in multiple groups. e.g. Your hen party crew, your families, etc.
Share events with everyone or with certain guest groups
Guests see the details and location for each event as a list and on a map.
They only see the events that they are invited to.
Countdown
An elegant countdown screen lets your guests share the moment with you.
You can easily customise the content and style of this screen and immediately see how it will look.
In - App Editing
You can use our easy in-app editing to customise the look, feel and content of the app which your guests will see.
For each screen, you can edit the details and flick between edit and preview tabs to see how it looks.
If you make a change, your guests will see this reflected in their app. Make updates or change the theme at any time.
Hand Crafted Themes developed by artists
You can choose between a carefully curated list of hand crafted themes.
Our designs have been developed using various mediums including digital art, watercolours on card or canvas, acrylics and oil paints, charcoals and pen sketches.
Each theme is present throughout every single part of the mobile application and in the email invitation sent to your guests.
Privacy
Your details and your guests information is private and we respect that. We never this share information with anyone.
All of your conversations, photos and posts will likewise be stored securely and will never be shared with anyone.
You and your guests each receive your own secure login that will be sent to your email address. This is required before accessing information.
